Hunt for a new editor begins

I‘m leaving this joint. This means you have the opportunity to be the editor of Salient next year. Woah. Crazy, huh?

I’m not going to bore you all with what the role is about. You can bore yourself by reading this job description. As per appendix 3 of the job description here is this year’s Salient budget, a subset of VUWSA’s. You can find that in one of the tabs.

Basically, if you want to be editor drop me an email with your CV, a covering letter detailing your aims for Salient during 2010 and some samples of written journalistic work.

Just want to talk about it? Give the office a call on 04 463 6766 or drop by.

Applications close 5pm, 11 September.

It’s been fun and it is definitely worth a shot going for it.
