Academic Idol: Goodbye

Thirteen issues ago, it began. The lecturers churned out thousands of words over the course of the competition. Thank you to them all. As a cheesy side-note, it is so easy at this University to feel that there is no community. And it was nice to see you all rally around something.

Hundreds of you voted each week. Over 1500 voted in the finale (we had to cut it off a few hours ago, but votes are still trickling in… Sorry) and it was choice to see. I won’t keep you waiting, so let’s turn to the official Academic Idol scoreboard to see who won…

We are partly funded by VUWSA and partly by gold bullion that was discovered under a pile of old Salients from the 40's.
