I just donated to the rape foundation the other day and thought about ECP and contraception. I would advice parents to talk to their girls about contraceptive pills even if they are not highly sexually active. Things can happen at unexpected times and young girls should not be forced into taking huge responsibilities they are not yet ready to take on.
